Who we are
This website (serbiasuperfan.com) is run by Serbia SuperFan, Belgrade, Serbia. Contact for all privacy questions: hello@serbiasuperfan.com.
What data we process and why
- Website statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, so we can understand which guides are useful. Legal basis: your consent. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link.
- Interactive hiking maps (OpenTopoMap). Our hiking pages show a plain route preview by default. Only if you click to open the interactive map does your browser load map images from OpenTopoMap, which receives your IP address. No map loads without that click. Legal basis: your consent, given by clicking.
- Server logs (Hostinger). Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time of a request, and browser type, to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Affiliate links. When you click a partner link (for example a hotel or tour booking site), that partner may set its own cookies on its website. Their privacy policies apply there.
